3M Recreational Vehicle/Marine Water Filtration becomes exclusive supplier to Winnebago

Starting with 2008 model-year products, 3M will supply all interior water filters for Winnebago Industries’ recreational vehicles. Two 3M™ filters will be offered as standard on several Winnebago and Itasca models, and optional on all others. The USF-A and US-A1 filters are both installed under the sink and reduce chlorine taste, odor and sediment in water.

This is a great advance for 3M RV/Caravan/Marine, said Thomas Holler, director of business development, who is leading this project on behalf of 3M. “Winnebago Industries demands high standards of quality, and this exclusive arrangement provides further evidence that we have achieved our objectives in making 3M RV/Marine the industry leader in water filters.”

The filter will be standard on the following Winnebago series RVs: Vectra, Tour, Journey, Adventurer and Voyage. It will be optional on the Aspect, View and Outlook series RVs. For its Itasca brand, the filter will be standard on the Horizon, Ellipse, Meridian, Suncruiser and Sunrise models. It will be optional on the Cambria, Navion and Spirit models.
