Typically, FFKM materials provide the best possible resistance to very high temperatures and extreme chemical environments, whilst maintaining their elastomeric sealing capabilities and without compromising their key mechanical properties, such as compression set resistance, volume swell resistance and tensile properties.

More recently, the development of E-21464 HeatShield demonstrates even further enhancement of the already outstanding long term, high temperature (316 °C) compression set resistance of PFE 7301BZ HeatShield and takes the performance of our high temperature FFKM materials to an even higher level and ready to serve the next generation of high temperature jet engine applications.

PFE 7502BZ ChemShield helps to extend the lifetime of a sealing solution, to prolong the periods between routine maintenance and to reduce the risk of unplanned downtime and environmental issues.
