Pump / Valve / Fitting

In the chemical processing industry, corrosion protection is a key critical issue. The transfer moulding of Dyneon fluorothermoplastics is used as seamless liner material to protect pump bodies, valves and fittings wherever aggressive, toxic or corrosive fluids need to be handled.
Special conductive grades can be selected to add additional safety wherever the prevention of electro-static charge is required.

Pump Stator

Progressive cavity pumps are used in many industries and applications to pump viscous or shear sensitive fluids. The pump stator is made out of rubber to allow the unique valve-free pumping technique. Wherever aggressive conditions with regards to transport fluid and temperature have to be met, Dyneon Fluoroelastomers are the material of choice for extensive durability of the stator.
