The most preferred processing method to achieve transparent films for outstanding architectural solutions with 3M™ Dyneon™ raw material.

Release Liner

The inherent anti-stick feature makes 3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoropolymers ideal candidates for release liner film applications. In addition, release liners are often used in challenging environments and need to withstand both high temperatures and aggressive substances when used for example in polymer processing - conditions for which 3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoropolymers are ideally suitable. For release liners the film thickness can get down to several micrometres only. As needed, release films can also be produced in different colors.

Safety Glass

Due to its high transparency, mechanical and thermal properties, film made from Dyneon THV can be laminated onto glass or sandwiched in between single/multi-layer glass systems between glass sheets in order to provide fire safety or / and anti-shutter performance in many glass applications.

Adhesive Tape from Extruded Film

Adhesive tapes made from fluoroplastic films can be used for many purposes. These range from repairing ETFE cushions in architectural structures to the improvement of sliding properties or heat resistance in industrial applications. The outstanding features of fluoroplastic films combined with an adhesive coating on one side make these tapes a real problem solver.
