Deniz Bank enhance their customer’s experience with 3M™ DI-NOC™ for their new ‘AcikDeniz’ self-service’ project.

Deniz Bank, a major Turkish financial brand, had launched a new customer experience project entitled ‘AcikDeniz’ using 3M™ DI-NOC™ architectural finishes, with the objective of enabling the bank’s retail branch customers to use a new self-service, interactive model in branch.

A series of conceptual walls have been created inside the branches which will allow customers to manage their bank accounts in branch without the need to queue and wait for a free teller desk. Customers can perform money transfers and pay their bills in a much faster and more practical way.

Kadri Mutlu, the Group PR Director of Deniz Bank, based in Istanbul, has mentioned that this new technological development will also help to make the bank more efficient and effective by reducing their operational costs, whilst increasing the process effectiveness of the Bank Tellers as well.

3M™ DI-NOC™ patterns – PS503 and CA419 were sampled, tested, selected and specified for the new ‘look and feel’ for ‘AcikDeniz’. The Deniz Bank marketing and design team were drawn towards using this cost-effective and aesthetically pleasing branding solution from 3M, because of the wide range of different colours, designs and patterns available, and the high durability of the material once installed.
