BP ‘Better Bathrooms’ programme based on customer experience surveys !

BP Europe, in liaison with consultancy Aecom, implemented a customer survey across their service station and convenience store network to identify customer attitudes towards different branding aspects - from signage and lighting to foods and beverages, to pump dispensers, seating areas and toilet facilities. An important discovery was the perceived lack of attention being given to customer bathrooms and toilets facilities by staff and how this was negatively affecting the whole experience.
