Go Holland Go!

Bottom Photo One

In order to turn the attention to the impressive number of passengers flying on the London to Schiphol route, VLM Airlines decided to give one of their aeroplanes a different colour. A Fokker 50, mainly flying on this route, was covered in the national colour of the Netherlands: orange!

The aeroplane was wrapped in this new colour in less than 2 days, thanks to an excellent aeroplane foil.

The best way to emphasis the success of VLM Airlines from and to the Netherlands was to choose the colour celebrated by the Dutch. At the same time the opportunity was seized to wish the Dutch national football team success for the European Championship in Switzerland and Austria. Many of the staff are furthermore Dutch which easily explains this orange madness.

The use of its own aeroplane as a ‘flying advertisement’ was received very positively by the press, the Dutch people as well as the travelling businessmen.

Encouraging support for the Dutch sports people!
