"Bank had previously a very closed image. From the street, you could not look inwards, you had to ring the bell, and then only were you inside. We want to create more openness and show what we have as services in house. This sounds easier than it is. Ultimately, financial services remain an abstract product. We wanted our branches like “stores” where you can access financial services. A store is, however, open and inviting. The restyling of our offices is therefore fairly substantial."
