3M™ Hookit™ Purple+ Abrasive Discs

3M has launched a range of premium quality abrasive discs featuring NEW innovative spiral technology. This new product offers an exciting combination of special features which deliver an impressive package of benefits:-

  • 3M abrasive minerals deliver rapid cut rate, reduced loading and a superb finish.
  • Specially formulated to keep cutting for longer to improve productivity.
  • Revolutionary spiral technology maximises the disc surface area without compromising cutting power.
  • Spiral design enables quicker disc changes as hole alignment is not required.
  • Two hole configurations – 177 hole for paint shop applications (grades P240 – P600) where finer particles are produced and 51 hole for panel shop applications (P80 – P220) which produce larger particles.
  • When combined with our direct flow back-up pad, Hookit Purple+ abrasive discs minimise variability in dust extraction whilst maintaining finish and consistency of repair.
