How do I remove a bandage/tape that will not release easily from my or my child’s skin?
Work a little cooking oil or baby oil into the adhesive to help the bandage release from the skin. Or use ice (covered with a paper towel for 5 minutes or less) - ice will cause the adhesive to become brittle, which may cause the adhesive to release.

Do Nexcare™ Bandages contain natural rubber latex?
There is a small amount of natural rubber latex on the inside of the paper wrapper. There is no natural rubber latex in the Nexcare™ Bandages.

Do Nexcare™ First Aid Tapes contain natural rubber latex?
Nexcare™ Waterproof Adhesive Tape is the only Nexcare™ First Aid Tape that contains latex. All other Nexcare™ First Aid Tapes are latex free.

When heating the Nexcare™ Reusable ColdHot Pack, do you remove the outer bag?
Heat the Nexcare™ Reusable Cold/Hot Pack in either boiling water or a microwave oven without the cloth cover. Remove the pack carefully, check for leaks and insert the pack in the cover or wrap in cloth. Check for desired temperature by carefully placing covered pack against forearm. If too hot, let cool. When comfortable, apply pack to desired area.

How do you use the Nexcare™ Instant & Reusable Cold Pack?
INSTANT FIRST USE:
- Squeeze the blue liquid firmly to pop seam at red band. Shake thoroughly.
- Apply the non-insulated side of the cold pack to the injury. Shake the pack occasionally for best results.
- Remove pack if it becomes uncomfortable. Reapply after a few moments if comfortable. However, do not apply for longer than 20 minutes.
- Remove the cold pack after 20 minutes. Leave the injured area uncovered for 20 minutes before applying another cold pack. Skin damage, including frostbite, can occur with applications longer than 20 minutes.
TO MAKE REUSABLE:
- Squeeze white gel firmly to pop seam at purple band. Pull sides of pack to completely open seam. Knead until completely mixed.
- Store in freezer until needed.
