The new generation of protective materials from 3M – the 3M Scotchgard™ Concrete and Stone Protector, designed to prevent oil and water based stains on interior and exterior porous surfaces such as concrete, tile, brick, stone and unglazed tile. The water-based and solvent-based finishing products from 3M create a long lasting barrier that “locks-out” oils, water and soil. This barrier force liquids to bead up on the surface, allowing them to be picked up more easily and thereby preventing a stain.
