As a college student or recent graduate, there are two key ways to apply for full-time jobs:
- Meet with a 3M recruiter at an on-campus event or conference in your area. Recruiters are prepared to prescreen qualified candidates when they meet with you in person. Contact your college or university placement office to find out if 3M will be on your campus. Or, visit our Event Calendar.
- If a 3M recruiter doesn't make it to your campus, submit your resume online. We also encourage you to set up a job search agent. A job search agent will notify you if a job opens based on your areas of interest.
3M internships are usually full-time, summer positions offered at our headquarters in St. Paul, Minn., and in many 3M locations around the United States. While we do not currently post internship job descriptions on 3M.com, we encourage you to work with your college or university placement office to learn more about these opportunities, or visit any of our recruiting events on campus or in your area.
Co-op programs are unique programs similar to internships, established with specific colleges and universities. Co-ops offer valuable hands-on experience for students in engineering, supply chain and other technical majors. We do not currently post co-op program job descriptions on 3M.com, so be sure to check with your college or university about opportunities.
